ABSU Approves Immediate Mid-Semester Break for Students
Abia State University Uturu has approved a mid-semester break for all regular students of the University.
Abia State University Uturu has approved a mid-semester break for all regular students of the University.
This was made known in a statement signed by the Registrar Acho Elendu on Thursday, who stated that the break takes effect immediately from Friday 20th May 2022.
The statement directed all students to vacate all halls of residence and await further directives on the date of return.
Meanwhile, a protest is ongoing by residents of the Uturu Community in Abia State over the high rate of killings and kidnapping along the ABSU-Uturu-Okigwe road.
