The authorities discovered the ammunition in her luggage during a routine search. Initially, she denied involvement but later confessed to transporting the ammunition to a terrorist group from Nassarawa state.
During interrogation, the suspect confessed that she was heading to Yan Tumaki in Dan Musa LGA in Katsina state.
The incident emphasizes the ongoing efforts to counter terrorism and the importance of remaining vigilant in preventing the spread of illegal weapons.
