‘This Experience Will Not Repeat’ – Tinubu Says as He Visits Plateau Attack Victims
President Bola Tinubu has expressed deep sympathy to families affected by the recent attack in Angwan Rukuba in Jos, assuring them that such a tragic incident will not happen again.

Suspected bandits had attacked the community on Sunday evening, killing several people and leaving many others injured. The incident has heightened concerns over security in Jos North and surrounding areas.
Speaking during a visit to Jos on Thursday, the president sympathised with the bereaved families, acknowledging the depth of their loss and the difficulty of finding adequate compensation.
“There is nothing I can give you, whether money in billions, but console you and promise you that this experience will not repeat itself,” Tinubu said.
He reiterated his administration’s commitment to improving security across the country and preventing a recurrence of such attacks, while calling for calm and unity among residents of the state.
