‘I Was Never Married to Rosy’ – Churchill Says, Dismisses Divorce Reports
Businessman Olakunle Churchill has publicly denied ever being married to actress Rosy Meurer, stating that their relationship did not go beyond a traditional introduction ceremony.

In a recent statement on Instagram, Churchill addressed ongoing rumours about a supposed marriage and subsequent divorce, describing such claims as “false and baseless.” He emphasised that much of the narrative circulating online is rooted in misinformation.
Clarifying his stance, Churchill said he never enlisted Meurer or anyone else to defend him during his highly publicised fallout with his ex-wife, Tonto Dikeh.

He also rejected the popular perception that Meurer played a significant supportive role during that period.
“I don’t agree with the narrative that she ‘stood by me,’” Churchill noted, adding that her presence in his life at the time was not exceptional.
According to him, “if she wasn’t there, someone else would have taken that position.”
Churchill and Rosy’s marriage hit a rough patch since his reconciliation with ex-wife, actress Tonto Dikeh after 10 years.
