Three Suspected Traffic Robbers Nabbed by Police

The Lagos State Police Command operatives attached to the Ikorodu Division of the command have arrested three (3) suspected traffic robbers including their receiver, who recovered stolen phones, on 26th March 2021 at 11:30 pm by Ikorodu Roundabout.

This was achieved through the combined team of policemen and local vigilante men on patrol who sighted the suspects at the Ikorodu Roundabout while allegedly robbing innocent commuters and passers-by in the area, and were arrested.

The suspects include 34-year-old Lucky Isibor, 26-year-old Isah Mohammed, and 21-year-old Aminu Abdullahi.

According to the Police Public Relation Officer, CSP Olumiyiwa Adejobi, items recovered from them include eleven (11) phones, One Hundred and Thirty-Nine Thousand (#139,000), BRT Cowry Card, black bag containing assorted charms and weeds suspected to be Indian hemp.

It was also gathered that Lucky Isibor doubles as a receiver to traffic robbers in the area.
