Police Burst Criminal Den, Arrest Robbery Suspect
Following credible information, the Anambra State Police Command busted a den of cultist and armed robbery gang arresting six suspects at Amikwo village Awka, Anambra State on Tuesday.
Following credible information, the Anambra State Police Command busted a den of cultist and armed robbery gang arresting six suspects at Amikwo village Awka, Anambra State on Tuesday.

The Operatives of the Anti-Cult unit arrested 17-year-old Ejinaka Chukwujekwu, 18-year-old Emeka Nwanna, 20-year-old Michael Ozuah, 22-year-old Chukwuma Obu, 25-year-old Onyemaechi Chijioke and 25-year-old Ifeanyi Ebeze.

According to the Spokesman to the Police, DSP Ikenga Tochukwu on Tuesday stated that preliminary investigation revealed that the suspects were actively involved in the shooting incident around 8: am on Monday which resulted in the death of one yet to be identified young man along Ukwuoji, Awka.
Two locally made pistols and eight live cartridges were recovered while the suspects confessed to being members of the Black Axe Confraternity and will be charged to court after the investigation.
