Former Minister Ogah Celebrates Governor Nwifuru on His Birthday

Former Minister of Mines and Steel Development Dr Uchechukwu Ogah has celebrated Ebonyi State Governor Rt Hon. Francis Nwifuru on the occasion of his birthday.
