Bende LG Woman Leader Janny Resigns from PDP Few Weeks After Meeting with Otti

Ozochi Linda Chidinma, widely known as Janny Lily, has officially resigned from her position as the Woman Leader of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Bende Local Government Area. This decision comes just a few weeks after she met with Governor Alex Otti.

In her resignation letter, dated May 17, 2025, and addressed to the PDP Ward Chairman in Bende, Lady Chidinma expressed her gratitude for the opportunity to serve within the party.

“I am writing to formally resign from the Peoples Democratic Party in Bende Local Government Area, Abia State, effective immediately. I also resign from my position as the Woman Leader of the Party in Bende Local Government Area.

“I am thankful to the party and its members for the support, opportunities, and experiences I have garnered during my time of service. These have significantly contributed to my personal and political development.”
