ADC Will Form the Next Government in Nigeria, Send Tinubu Back to Bourdillon – Okonkwo

Barrister Kenneth Okonkwo, a seasoned political analyst and legal expert, has stated that the African Democratic Congress (ADC) will form the next government in Nigeria in 2027 and send President Bola Ahmed Tinubu back to Bourdillon.

He expressed this opinion while appearing on Channels Television’s program Sunrise Daily on Monday, asserting that the party has a strong chance in the upcoming election.

“In 2027, we stand a chance in every election in Nigeria but I wouldn’t say the same thing for any election in which the primaries have been conducted before the coming into existence of the leadership. 2027 will be a true test for the ADC,” Okonkwo remarked.

He also emphasised that the former Rivers State Governor, Rotimi Amaechi, is naturally the leader of the ADC in Rivers State and the South-South region, given his prominence in the party.

“The ADC exists in all 36 states of Nigeria and the FCT, and naturally, Rotimi Amaechi is one of the prominent leaders of the ADC in Rivers State and the South-South. It is not out of place to say that Amaechi is the leader of the ADC in Rivers State,” he added.
