Enough of the Looting – Otunba Babatunde Olushola Senbanjo to Politicians
By Otunba Babatunde Olushola Senbanjo (BOS)

Fellow Nigerians, it is becoming clearer by the day that those who are supposed to serve us have turned governance into a family business and a looting spree. Recent revelations have shown that the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, and his family are deeply entangled in questionable property acquisitions that scream of corruption and betrayal of public trust.
Reports and evidence made available by Omoyele Sowore expose how Wike’s wife conveniently transferred prime properties into the names of their children, who have never held public office, children who could never have earned such wealth legitimately. This is nothing but a shameful attempt to cover tracks and launder stolen wealth. Nigerians are suffering, schools are underfunded, hospitals are in shambles, youths are unemployed yet those in power are busy stockpiling wealth for their families as if Nigeria is their personal estate.
As if that is not enough, shocking details also surfaced about Nyesom Wike himself acquiring a property in the United States worth a staggering $2 million. Two million dollars! At a time when millions of Nigerians cannot afford a single decent meal per day. Where did this money come from? Certainly not from his legitimate earnings as a public servant. This is the blood and sweat of ordinary citizens, siphoned and exported abroad.
Let us call it what it is this is outright theft! These people are not leaders; they are predators feeding fat on the misery of the masses. Wike and his cronies are making a mockery of accountability, transparency, and good governance. They behave like emperors in a democratic system, using the treasury as their family inheritance.
But Nigerians are watching. We will no longer be silent while a few individuals continue to rob us blind and stash our commonwealth overseas. We must demand thorough investigations, demand that anti-graft agencies rise from their slumber, and demand that looters of public resources face justice.
This country belongs to all of us, not to a handful of politicians who see themselves as untouchable. Enough is enough. We will resist, we will expose, and we will hold them accountable. The days of silent suffering are over he voice of the people will prevail over the greed of the few!
Nyesom Wike and family, Nigerians are saying: STOP STEALING OUR FUTURE!
