Coronavirus: First Death Recorded in Zimbabwe
A Zimbabwe journalist, Zororo Makamba has died from the disastrous outbreak of Coronavirus and became the first Zimbabwe to die of the disease in the country.
A Zimbabwe journalist, Zororo Makamba has died from the disastrous outbreak of Coronavirus and became the first Zimbabwe to die of the disease in the country.

This was made known by Health and Child Care Minister Obediah Moyo who made the announcement on ZBC News.
He was 30-years-old. Makamba was the second person to test positive for the virus in Zimbabwe.
Reports suggest that Makamba was confirmed positive with the virus on Saturday and had returned to Zimbabwe from New York on 9 March 2020. Zororo was the son of Zimbabwean businessman James Makamba.
