The #EndSARS protesters have defied the heavy rain in Lekki, Lagos State to protest against police brutality in Nigeria.
The government, in hearkening to their voice, disbanded the Special Anti-Robbery Squad and on Tuesday, the Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu introduced a new unit which will undergo psychological and medical examination next week.
In response, the Nigerian youth reminded the government that what it asked was a compete reform and not a change of name.
A hashtag was immediately created to end the SWAT team before it begins.
