More Alleged Properties of Igbos Destroyed in Lagos
A distressing video has surfaced on social media, showing properties and shops reportedly owned by Igbos in Lagos State being destroyed.
According to the narrator in the viral video, the incident occurred on October 11, 2025, on 6th Avenue. He stated that the business owners received no prior notice before their shops and properties were demolished.

As of the time of this report, the Lagos State Government has not issued any statement regarding the situation.
