APC: We Won’t Be Under Pressure to Reach Out to Adeleke – Oke
The Director-General of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Governorship Campaign Committee in Osun State, Oluwole Oke, has said the party will not be pressured into reaching out to Governor Ademola Adeleke following the outcome of the 2026 governorship election.
In an interview with Arise TV, Oke said the APC was currently studying the election records and reviewing the results before taking a definitive position.
“We will not be under any pressure to reach out to Governor Adeleke. We believe he did not score the highest valid votes,” Oke said.
He added that the party was conducting a thorough review of the election and would soon make its position known publicly.
“We are studying the records and conducting a thorough review. Soon, we will make our position known to members of the public,” he stated.
