Businessman and former bank manager Dr Alex Chioma Otti has declared his interest to join the Abia gubernatorial race in 2023 under the aegis of the All Progressive Congress APC.
Businessman and former bank manager Dr Alex Chioma Otti has declared his interest to join the Abia gubernatorial race in 2023 under the aegis of the All Progressive Congress APC.
Dr Otti who was the candidate of the All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA in the 2015 and 2019 gubernatorial elections invited all stakeholders of his party to his declaration on the 17th of April 2022.
The financial expert who recently joined the ruling APC has often made clear his plans to liberate Abia State.
Dr Otti is among other Abia sons who have also declared interest to run for the position of the Governor in the 2023 general election.
