Organ Harvesting: NMA Denies Kekere as Family Insists on Justice
The Nigeria Medical Association Plateau State Branch has denied Noah Kekere, a medical doctor who has been accused and is been investigated for organ harvesting of patients he has operated on.
The Nigeria Medical Association Plateau State Branch has denied Noah Kekere, a medical doctor who has been accused and is been investigated for organ harvesting of patients he has operated on.

A statement issued on Tuesday, 12th of September 2023, signed by the Public Relations Officer, Dr. Istifanus Bintum Bako, disclosed that Dr. Kekere is a quack medical doctor while calling on members and citizens to remain calm.
A report by an investigative journalist with the handle @pidomnigeria on X formerly known as Twitter revealed that Dr Kekere who has been practicing for over 18 years at his Murna clinic and Maternity in Jos operated on a patient, Mrs Kahinde Busari who had come in for an appendix surgery in 2017.


Dr Kekere spent 7 hours operating on Mrs Busari but after the appendectomy, an excruciating pain ensued and when she complained, the doctor gave her pain relief drugs but over the years, the pain intensified and she sought an alternative source.
On Monday, 4th September 2023, Mrs. Busari went to the Jos University Teaching Hospital and a scan was conducted, It was discovered that the right side of her kidney had been removed. A revelation when was shocked about.

Her husband Mr Kamaru Busari immediately reported to the police who arrested Dr Kekere and he eventually admitted to harvesting the victim’s organ but blamed it on the devil.
Dr Kekerr who is also a pastor at the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, had been behaving violently and claiming insanity while in the police cell.
