Displaced Traders: Enyimba Mall Rolls Out Juicy Payment Plan
The Enyimba Mall Outlet in collaboration with AG Mortgage Bank has rolled out a payment plan for the Aba Business community to enable them to trade in a serene and safe environment in line with the organized initiative of Governor Alex Otti.

Speaking on Thursday to newsmen, the Managing Director of AG Mortgage Bank Ngozi Anyaoha revealed that the payment plans which are in three categories will help traders acquire the shops within a couple of years and give them adequate serenity.
He said the three options, include rental tenants who will make a payment of N50,000 monthly and move into the shop. The management will also take adequate note of your goods and services, within 3 years, the shop will become the property of the renter after complete payment has been made.
Stating clearly that the shop has not been occupied by any trader, Mr. Anyaoha disclosed that the second option is for traders who can make available equity of N1 million, a 2.5 percent discount will be given while the renter pays complete payment within 2 years.




Thirdly, a discount of 10 percent will be given to traders who can make full payment for the shop up front.
Speaking further that Abians have to be part of the organized Aba initiative of the State Government, he assured traders that Enyimba Mall provides value and made it clear that ownership of a business place is always a trader’s priority as that can be used to obtain loans to further expand businesses.
“We have convenience which their customers can use at their own time. They are buying value with Enyimba Mall. Our interest is to provide a working-friendly environment for traders. The structures are soundly built.”
The shops which go for N4.5 million for shops downstairs and N4 million for the ones upstairs are located at 100-120 Etche Road, Aba, and are equipped with a large parking space, 24/7 electricity supply, and fire protection systems.
Recall that the Abia State Government had given an ultimatum to traders at Azikiwe, Kent, Mosque, Georges, and Asa roads, amongst others to relocate to suitable and approved markets and stalls.
