77-year Old Woman Graduates From UNILAG
Bridget Okonji, a 77-year-old retired woman, was among the 1,008 Faculty of Education students at the University of Lagos who received their first degree on Tuesday at the institution’s 2017/2018 Convocation Ceremony. She revealed that to receive knowledge and avoid boredom at home, she came to school.


“I am an officer in retirement. I worked in many countries around the world as well as in Nigeria, where I finally retired, “she said.
