The lady, Seyitan Babatayo, who allegedly accused singer D’banj of taping her at Glee hotel in Victoria Island, Lagos State has been picked up by the police.
Remember that the Singer requested N100 million as compensation for falsely accusing him of rape and demanded a public apology yesterday.
The lady who also wrote through her lawyers requested a public apology from the singer or she will take him to court.
The lady was arrested this morning and there are plans to facilitate her release as well.
