Police Arrest Robbery Suspects Over Murder of Two Unidentified Young Men
The Anambra State Police Command have arrested five armed robbery suspects over their connection with an incident that led to the murder of two unidentified young men at Miracle Junction by Nnamdi Azikiwe University (Unizik) back gate, Ifite Awka.
The Anambra State Police Command have arrested five armed robbery suspects over their connection with an incident that led to the murder of two unidentified young men at Miracle Junction by Nnamdi Azikiwe University (Unizik) back gate, Ifite Awka.
It was gathered that the victims were murdered in the late hours of Sunday, 18th April 2021.
According to a statement by the Police Public Relation Officer, DSP Ikenga Tochukwu, police operatives mobilized to the scene following a tip-off.
On sighting the police, the hoodlums took off but the police pursued and fortunately, arrested five suspects.
Investigations are ongoing to apprehend fleeing gang members.
