Drunk Driver Arrested After Running Into An Electric Pole
A motor accident occurred on Sunday morning in Delta state after a drunk driver ran into an electric pole and damaged his vehicle in the process. According to reports, the driver who was very drunk and was returning from a bar at 2 am on a fateful day lost control of the vehicle and crashed it after hitting an electric pole along Oleh road in Sapele area of the state.
The accident also affected three other wooden poles in the area which were destroyed.No causalities were recorded in the accident, according to reports. The driver was arrested and detained after the accident as residents have urged drivers to drive with caution especially this season.
