Protest Erupt as Truck Crushes Three to Death
Tricycle riders are currently protesting in Ikorodu after a truck crushed three people to death along the Lagos State Polytechnic First gate in Ikorodu, Lagos State.
Tricycle riders are currently protesting in Ikorodu after a truck crushed three people to death along the Lagos State Polytechnic First gate in Ikorodu, Lagos State.
It was gathered that the victims were passengers in a tricycle on the evening of Thursday when the truck crushed the tricycle killing all the occupants.
It was also gathered that the road has been abandoned for a very long time by the State Government.
Currently, both sides of the road are blocked, tricycle riders parked their vehicle in protest over the gruesome death of the victims.
Meanwhile, the Lagos State Police Command are currently in the area to calm down the situation.
