The convoy of the Anambra State House of Representatives Member, Hon. Chris Azubogu was attacked at Nnobi on Thursday.
The convoy of the Anambra State House of Representatives Member, Hon. Chris Azubogu was attacked at Nnobi on Thursday.
The unidentified assailants destroyed materials seen inside the vehicle when they didn’t see the Honourable member.
Fortunately, Hon. Azubogu was in Abuja when the incident happened.
This comes just days after a medical doctor and husband of late NAFDAC boss, Chike Akunyili was murdered with his orderly and driver by yet-to-be-identified gunmen.
Meanwhile, there has been a high rate of killing as the Gubernatorial election draws close.
The Governor, Wilberforce Obiano placed an N20 million bounty for anybody that will provide useful information that will aid in the arrest of perpetrators.
