Ikpeazu Intervenes as Work Resumes on the 300-bed Spaces Capacity Building at the College of Medicine, Abia State University

Construction work has resumed at the College of Medicine and Medical Health Sciences Aba, following the intervention of the Executive Governor of Abia State Dr Okezie Victor Ikpeazu.

The Project which is a three hundred Bed spaces at the College of Medicine and Medical Health Sciences in Aba when completed will among others reduce the issue of accommodation faced by Medical students of the Institution.

The Vice Chancellor of the Institution Prof Maxwell Ogbulu while on inspection tour of the facility yesterday commended the Chief Executive officer of Okey Technical Construction Company Chief Okey Onyemuwa for the work done so far while urging him to expedite action on the project to ensure it’s completion within the next three months.

The college will be ready for accreditation in the next visit of the accreditation team of the National Universities Commission (NUC).
