Tragic! Train Rams into Lagos State Government Staff Bus in Ikeja

A tragic accident occurred at Ikeja in Lagos State on Thursday morning as a BRT bus carrying passengers collided with a train around 7:45 am at PWD.

It was gathered that the BRT bus which was filled to the brim with Lagos State government staff, Alausa was dragged from the Ikeja Along area to Shogunle before it halted.

The casualties are currently unknown as people are struggling to help victims trapped in the bus.

Confirming the incident, the Director, of the Public Affairs and Enlightenment Department of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority, Adebayo Taofiq.

“The accident recorded many casualties as the staff bus was fully loaded with govt staff going to the office this morning.”
