Ghana Strikes Off Visa for South Africans
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration in the Republic of Ghana has announced a visa waiver for South African and Ghanaian residents in both countries.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration in the Republic of Ghana has announced a visa waiver for South African and Ghanaian residents in both countries.

In a statement shared with media houses on Friday, the 13th of October 2023, it revealed that travelers from both countries can stay in each other’s territory for 90 days without working.

It revealed that it’s an agreement with the Republic of South Africa that takes effect from the 1st of November 2023.
Recall that there have been calls for African nations to have visa waivers for other African countries and build a stronger and unified continent.
