Breaking: Governor Ikpeazu Visits Family Of Slain Motorcyclist, Promises To Take Care Of Widow And Two Sons
The Governor of Abia State, Dr Okezie Ikpeazy has visited the family of the slain okada rider who was killed by the Nigerian soldier yesterday in Obingwa over #100.
As chief security officer of Abia state, governor Ikpeazu prioritizes human lives over every other thing and as such, leaves no stone unturned in ensuring the lives and property of Abians and residents in Abia are secured.
It is on the strength of the above that governor Ikpeazu cancelled his scheduled programs for today to visit the family of the slain motorcyclist who was gruesomely gunned down yesterday by an unidentified uniformed man. The deceased, Chimaobi Nwaogu, was a native of Umuokere-Ngwa in Obingwa LGA.
The Nigerian Army has arrested the killer solider, corporal Ajayi and two other soldiers at the Ohanze military checkpoint.
The governor promises to take care of the young widow and her two infant sons.
