2023 Presidential Election: Atiku Announces Vice Presidential Candidate

The Presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has announced the governor of Delta State, Dr Ifeanyi Okowa as his Vice Presidential candidate.

Speaking on Thursday through his official Twitter handle, Alhaji Abubakar revealed that their target will be building a future filled with peace, unity and prosperity for all Nigerians.

“I am delighted to announce Governor Ifeanyi Okowa as my Vice Presidential candidate. I look forward to travelling our great country together, engaging with all Nigerians and building a shared future of peace, unity, and prosperity for all. As One We Can Get It Done. #OneNigeria. -AA”

Atiku who has been in the race for the Presidency in different election years reiterated clearly that he will return Nigeria to true federalism so each region can develop at its own pace.
