Man Who Disguises as Ghost Arrested for Fraud
A 59-year-old man Muhammad Abubakar a.k.a Malam Sabo was arrested by the Adamawa State Police Command on the 5th of February, 2024 for defrauding members of the public through disguise.
A 59-year-old man Muhammad Abubakar a.k.a Malam Sabo was arrested by the Adamawa State Police Command on the 5th of February, 2024 for defrauding members of the public through disguise.
It was gathered that Abubakar who is a serial scammer pretends to be a ghost and talks to his victims in different voices.
According to the State Police Command, Mr Abubakar tricked and duped one Abba Bale of Demsawo of the sum of three Hundred thousand (N300,000.00).
It stated that he changed his voice to that of a child or a woman to dupe his victims.
