Ogah Hails Brigadier-General Eke’s Promotion as Victory for Merit
Masters Energy Group founder Dr Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah, has congratulated Isuochi-born military officer Obinna Uzodinma Eke on his elevation from Colonel to Brigadier-General in the Nigerian Army, describing the promotion as a triumph for merit, discipline, and patriotic service.
In a statement issued on Friday by Abia Rejoice Movement, Dr Ogah said Brigadier-General Eke’s rise reflects “excellence, perseverance, and unwavering national commitment,” adding that such a distinguished elevation is reserved for officers who have demonstrated exceptional character and dedication throughout their careers.
He noted that the new General’s professional journey embodies the qualities of resilience, intelligence, humility and strategic depth—attributes that have earned him respect across multiple military formations.
Dr Ogah further stated that the achievement is not only personal to Brigadier-General Eke, but also a source of collective pride for the people of Isuochi, Umunneochi, and Abia State.
“Brigadier-General Eke represents what disciplined upbringing, strong values and purposeful ambition can achieve. His rise is a message of hope to every young Abian,” he said.
Commending the senior officer for consistently upholding the highest values of the Nigerian military, courage, loyalty, integrity and commitment to peace, Dr Ogah expressed confidence that the new rank will inspire even greater service to the nation.
He offered prayers for God’s continued guidance and protection over Brigadier-General Eke as he assumes higher responsibilities.
“Your promotion is not just a step forward; it is a legacy unfolding. May your leadership continue to shine, and may your service bring honour and inspiration to generations yet unborn,” Dr Ogah added.
