Nicki Minaj, 35, has broken her silence over the physical altercation, which happened at the Harper’s Bazaar ICONS event and saw Cardi B kicked out of the Plaza Hotel, calling it “mortifying”.
“The other night I was part of something so mortifying and so humiliating to go through in front of a bunch upper echelon … people who have their life together,” Minaj said today on her Apple Music radio show, Queen.
“I was in a Gaultier gown — off the motherf***ing runway — and I could not believe how humiliated it all felt,” Minaj said today.
She also denied speaking ill of Cardi B’s baby daughter, Kulture.
“I just want people to know that Onika Tanya Maraj has never, will never … speak ill on anyone’s child. I am not a clown. That’s clown sh*t,” Minaj said, using her real name, People reported.
Nicki also added that:
‘You put your hands on certain people you gonna die. PERIOD. And y’all sitting here making this s*** a joke? I’m not the b***es in the strip club and I’m not a b*** on a reality show. My money is very f***ing long.’
You came into MY fucking culture! I never had to fuck a DJ to play my songs! Calling black women “roaches.”
You getting girls beat up cause of what your man is doing? Real bitches never do that!
You never attack a woman! You take that up with your own fucking man! She has built her career off sympathy and payola. Get this woman some help!
This woman is at the best stage of her career, and she’s out here throwing bottles and throwing shoes? Get this woman an intervention! You just had the biggest blessing of your life with a child. And in two weeks you have attacked three women. One at fashion week.”
