The Imo State Governor, Emeka Ihedioha visited another Collapsing Legacy Project; “Bridge With No Single Rod” Built by the Former Governor Rochas Anayo Okorocha. He spoke with the people involved in the project and inquired what led them to build such a death trap for the people of Imo State.
