Terrorists Kill Kidnapped Catholic Priest in Kaduna
Reverend Father John Mark Cheitnum, one of the Reverend fathers kidnapped by terrorists from his parish in Garu, Lere Local Government Area of Kaduna State has been brutally killed by his abductors.
Reverend Father John Mark Cheitnum, one of the Reverend fathers kidnapped by terrorists from his parish in Garu, Lere Local Government Area of Kaduna State has been brutally killed by his abductors.
This was made known by the Chancellor of the Catholic Diocese of Kafanchan, Rev. Fr. Uchechukwu Okolo, on Tuesday revealing that one of the abducted priests Rev.Fr. Donatus Cleophas escaped from the abductors and has reunited with his diocese.
The statement revealed that the decomposing body of Fr. Cheitnum was found on Tuesday.
Fr Cheitnum was the coordinating chairman of the Christian Association of Nigeria in Southern Kaduna before his death.
Many catholic priests have been kidnapped from their parishes and murdered by the deadly terrorists.
