Otti Urges Reflection, Unity as Muslims Celebrate Eid-el-Fitr
The Governor of Abia State, Alex Otti, has extended warm felicitations to Muslims across Nigeria on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, urging them to embrace reflection, unity, and renewed faith.

In a statement issued on Friday by Ferdinand Ekeoma, Special Adviser to the Governor on Media and Publicity, the governor described Eid-el-Fitr as more than a festive period, noting that it offers a unique opportunity for deep spiritual reflection and appreciation of the values underpinning the season.
He called on Muslims to fully explore the essence of the celebration by renewing their relationship with Allah and embracing virtues that promote peace, unity, and security in the country.
Governor Otti reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to religious tolerance and inclusivity, stressing that his government would continue to support all religious groups fairly and equally to foster peaceful coexistence in Abia State.
The governor, on behalf of the First Lady, Priscilla Chidinma Otti, as well as the government and people of the state, wished the Muslim faithful a joyful Eid-el-Fitr celebration and expressed hope for better days ahead for the nation.
