A leaked memo has shown why the managing director of the Nigerian Ports Authority, Hadiza Bala Usman is been investigated.
The memo observed that the records submitted by the Budget Office of the Federation show that the yearly remittances from 2016 show a shortage of N165 billion.
It’s still undecided if Hadiza was suspended on Friday morning over the allegation.
