Igbos living in Germany have sued the defunct leader of the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra, IPOB, Simon Ekpa, for the continuous incitement in the South East of Nigeria.
Mr Ekpa who lives in Finland has often insisted that there must be sit at home every Monday in Igbo land in protest over the continuous detention of the IPOB supreme leader Mazu Nnamdi Kanu by the Nigerian government.
Simon Ekpa who is from Ebonyi State has now been sued for terrorism activities in the South East, especially in Anambra and Imo State.
His incitement has led to the loss of lives of people and the destruction of properties by unknown gunmen in the South East.
