An applicant who went for the physical verification exercise in the ongoing Federal Road Safety Corps recruitment exercise in Lokoja, Kogi State, fainted, today, after being hit on the head with a baton by one of the soldiers.
According to ObserversTimes, the soldiers at the venue flogged the applicants for trying to seek shelter under a canopy due to the scorching sun. They also kicked a lady in the stomach.
