Former President Olusegun Obasanjo has stated in his congratulatory message to President-elect Joe Biden must restore the confidence in the role of America as the largest economy in the world.
He stated that his victory was the victory of good over evil and a victory for the whole world who has watched helplessly as the world which has been built since the Second World War has been pulled down.
Obasanjo mentioned that the world was not perfect or equitable but had grown through the measure of rule of law and the respect of international treaties and agreement.
