CBN Revises Transaction Fees for ATM, Announces New Charges
The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has announced a revision of transaction fees for Automated Teller Machines (ATMs), with the new charges set to take effect on March 1.

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has announced a revision of transaction fees for Automated Teller Machines (ATMs), with the new charges set to take effect on March 1.
In a circular signed by John Onojah, acting director of the financial policy and regulation department, the CBN stated that the move is aimed at addressing rising operational costs and improving efficiency within the banking sector.

Though ATM charges varies from bank to bank but withdrawal from issuing banks attract no fees while withdrawals from other banks ATM attracts N35 from some banks and N50 from others.
