Mavin boss Don Jazzy has disclosed how cannabis can be used for infrastructural development.
He revealed through his Twitter page that there are some cigarettes that endanger the health more than the cannabis and should be banned not cannabis which has so many nutritional and medical function.
He also revealed that there are ways it can be utilized to provide some benefit to the country.
He added that other ways should be taken to tap into resources instead of focusing solely on crude oil.
