Abia State Commissioner for Information, Chief John Okiyi Kalu, has described the Secretary to Abia State Government (SSG), Barr Chris Ezem, as a conscientious technocrat in governance.
Speaking to newsmen in his office, Chief Okiyi described Barr Ezem, who turned 50 today, as a good representative of young people and technocrats in leadership stating that since joining the executive branch of the state government, Chief Ezem has brought to bear his rich private sector experience in moving the ship of governance forward while deftly navigating through political turbulence as if he was born a political sailor.
“Barr Ezem deserves to be celebrated as he clocks 50 for his profound contributions, first as TC Chairman of Umuahia South LGA and currently as Secretary to State Government. He is a good team player and builder as well as a great testament to the capacity of Governor Ikpeazu to identify the best young Abians to rapidly drive his development agenda founded on the 5 pillars he carefully enunciated”, he said.
