Imo State Governor, Senator Hope Uzodimma has appreciated All Progressives Congress (APC) faithfuls in the state for voting massively for candidate of the party in the just concluded Imo North Senatorial bye-election held on Saturday, December 5, 2020.
Addressing the newsmen over the outcome of the election, the governor appreciated APC faithfuls for their resilience in the face of attempt to distract and confuse them.

“They showed commitment and voted massively for the party. We have shown once more that Imo is APC state, committed to the ideals of APC, service and change”.
He made it clear that the candidate of the party is Frank Ibezim, saying, “As it is, the candidate of the party as nominated by the party is Frank Ibezim, the candidate of the party as confirmed by the Appeal Court of Nigeria is Frank Ibezim. It is not to my knowledge that Supreme Court has done anything otherwise, so Frank Ibezim is the candidate of the party. We voted for Frank Ibezim and he won the senatorial bye-election election”.
