Abia Online Media AGM/Bloggers Week: Hon Ginger Onwusibe Emerges Abia House of Assembly Member Of The Year

Abia online Media Publishers, the umbrella body for all Online Media Practitioners in Abia State has approved the nomination of the member Representing Isiala Ngwa North State Constituency Hon Ginger Onwusibe as the most outstanding member of the Abia state House of Assembly for the year 2021.

In a statement released by the group, the Award is in recognition of his sterling legislative and representative prowess which has translated into an avalanche of constituency projects, empowerments, educational support scheme, sports development initiatives, youth empowerment and inclusion in governance, among others.

His leadership style has seen him groom young followers into leaders, living true to the words of Sir Walter Lippmann who opined that “the final test of a leader is that he leaves behind him in other men the conviction and the will to carry on.”

Hon Ginger has remained outstanding among his peers and mirrored the true characteristics of a true messenger who truly wears the shoes of his people.

The Award will be presented to him alongside other Awardees at the Michael Okpara Auditorium on the 19th of Nov. 2021 as part of the activities marking the groups 4-Day Annual General Meeting/Bloggers Week.

According to the planning committee, the 4-Day Bloggers week will commence on Tuesday 16th with the arrival of visiting Bloggers from across the country, a Training Session(17th Nov), a Tour of the Governor’s projects(18th), a media Interactive with the Governor, and the AGM/Awards (19th Nov).
