The Court of Appeal has revealed that the 2023 Presidential Election Petition Tribunal judgment will be televised live on Wednesday, the 6th of September.
A statement signed by the Chief Registrar, Umar M. Bangari Esq., stated that only accredited individuals including counsels and representatives of political parties will be allowed into the courtroom.
The judgment is between cases filed by the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the PDP versus the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, President Bola Tinubu.
Also the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, Labour Party versus INEC, President Tinubu, and Vice President Kashim Shettima.
