Nnamdi Kanu’s CTC: Counsel Vows to Take Action
Aloy Ejimakor, the Special Counsel to Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has vowed to take action against the failure of the Supreme Court to release the Certified True Copies of the judgment to proceed with the trial of his client.
Aloy Ejimakor, the Special Counsel to Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has vowed to take action against the failure of the Supreme Court to release the Certified True Copies of the judgment to proceed with the trial of his client.

Speaking on Thursday, thirty-four days after the ruling by the apex court in a lead judgment by Justice Tijjani Abubakar, Ejimakor Esq., stated that his resolve came after meeting with Mazi Kanu who has been incarcerated since June 2021 after he was illegally repatriated from Kenya by the Federal government.

“UPDATE: I’ve exited today’s meeting with #MNK in the company of Prince Emma Kanu & Barr Nnaemeka. The theme of our discussions centered on the persisting failure of the Supreme Court to certify its judgment & transmit the case file to the High Court. We shall take strong actions.”
Mr Abubakar had said “Our law is that evidence illegality obtained is valid before the court. A violation of Mr Kanu’s right should have been by way of civil proceedings. That is not our law for now,” Mr Abubakar declared.
Meanwhile, the Federal High Court cannot proceed with consideration of any trial without the certified judgment.
