The former Minister of Mines and Steel Development Dr. Uche Ogah, has congratulated Engr. Ezekwesiri Maduabuchi Ikemefula (FNATA) on his upcoming induction and investiture as a fellow of the Institute of Leadership Manpower and Management Development (ILMMD).
