New Group Emerges, Demands Continued Trial of Nnamdi Kanu
As Nigeria remains on lockdown due to ongoing protests calling for the release of Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, another group has begun demonstrating in support of his continued trial.

This new group is advocating for Kanu’s trial to reach a logical conclusion and has expressed disapproval of any attempts at blackmail.

Carrying placards that read “Say No to Blackmail,” “Mega National Movement for Good Governance Supports the Continuous Trial of Nnamdi Kanu,” and “#NoToKanu’sRelease,” they insist that the trial should proceed until a resolution is reached.
