FCCPC Seals Apples and Pears Business Location Over Expired Food
The Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) have sealed off Apples and Pears Business Location over expired and unsafe food.
The Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) have sealed off Apples and Pears Business Location over expired and unsafe food.

The seal off happened following a complaint by a consumer who bought a Laziz vegetable oil which was already expired right from the purchase on Tuesday, 11th August 2020.
According to the Commission, further investigation at the primary facility of the company located at Lagos Ibadan expressway and Abuja location revealed so many other products from the same company that has expired and also discovered unapproved and unsafe production and repackaging of vegetable location.
The Abuja location has been sealed and the Commission stated that it will remain so until products are all confiscated and the company has proven safe and can operate legally.
