Police Nab Men Who Gang Raped 16-year-old Girl
The Anambra State Police Command have arrested two men over the gang rape of a 16-year-old girl.

The two men, 45-year-old Chidiebere Uzoma and 23-year-old Uchenna Nwegbu raped the girl leaving her unconscious due to excessive loss of blood at Osumowo street Awada in Idemili North LGA of Anambra State on 19th February 2021.
The suspects were arrested by police detectives who followed them on their trail following a tip.
The spokesman to Police Public Relation Officer, Haruna Mohammed, revealed that the ‘victim was taken to the hospital for medical examination where penetration and multiple lacerations of her hymen were confirmed. She is presently receiving treatment.’
The suspect confessed to the crime during interrogation.
