Mob Attacks Group, Burns Vehicle Over Suspicion
A group of three men and one woman have escaped lynching after a mob at Eko bridge in Lagos State beat them up on suspicion of being kidnappers on Wednesday.
A group of three men and one woman have escaped lynching after a mob at Eko bridge in Lagos State beat them up on suspicion of being kidnappers on Wednesday.

A post by the Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin revealed that the adults who were allegedly coming back from the beach with their twelve children, ranging from 7-year-old to 12-years-old, where they have gone to do some sacrifices.
It was gathered that the mob felt they kidnapped the twelve children whom they were travelling but preliminary investigation revealed that they were their children and grandchildren.
The mob also burnt their vehicle which they were travelling.
Meanwhile, the case has been transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department for further investigation.
